Returns/Exchanges

Our return/exchange policy last for 7 days. If after 7 days since your purchase we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
 
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached.
 
There are some goods that we sell that are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are considered intimate or sanitary goods. (ie. all lashes)
